INSPECT UPON DELIVERY!

Cutest Coops contracts with trusted 3rd party shippers to deliver coops nation-wide! These shippers are affiliates of Cutest Coops; however they are not controlled by Cutest Coops. Therefore, all Cutest Coops’ clients are asked to CAREFULLY INSPECT ALL COOPS AND PACKAGES when they arrive, PRIOR TO SIGNING the shipping documents provided. If damage is not notated on the shipping documents Cutest Coops has no recourse to file a shipping claim therefore making replacement parts very challenging to fulfill. This responsibility of inspection is requested of the Client. If nothing is notated on the shipping documents then the client signature will be an indication that the items ordered did, in fact, arrive without any damage during shipping. We are grateful for your cooperation!

Shipments by Coop:

Cutest Coops ships either with an LTL carrier or a flatbed truck, depending on the size and weight of the coop you ordered, please refer to the list below:

  • Charming Coops: 
    This coop ships with an LTL semi-truck and will be delivered to the bottom of your driveway with a liftgate. The inclusion of the liftgate ensures seamless curbside delivery. Watch our assembly guide here.

  • 4'x6' Classic, 6'x4' Cube & 5'x6' Country Coops: 
    These coops will ship with an LTL semi-truck but are too large and too heavy to utilize a liftgate; therefore, these coops will require (you) the client's assistance with offloading. The offloading process requires 2 non-disabled individuals willing to help carefully unload 1 panel at a time. The process takes ~30 minutes.

  • Cube w/ Run, 6'x6' Coops, 8'x8' Coops & Larger:
    These coops will ship on a flatbed truck. The offloading process here can be accomplished in two ways; 1. by using a forklift or tractor to offload the large pallet at once, or 2. by having 3-4 non-disabled individuals willing to help carefully unload 1 panel at a time. The process takes ~60 minutes.

    *Please note: Custom coops larger than 8x10 may ship out slightly further broken down to save you on shipping costs but with ease of assembly top of mind! 

What to expect:

  • What To Expect From LTL Shipments:
    Due to the fact that these kinds of semi-trucks are very prevalent you can expect your coop to ship out within 48 business hours from the date you are informed of your coop's completion. You will also receive tracking information 48 business hours after your coop has been picked up! Finally, you will receive a call from the trucking company to set up a timeframe for your delivery so you can plan accordingly.

  • What To Expect From Flatbed Shipments:
    Due to the fact that these trucks are relatively uncommon you should expect your coop to ship out between 1-10 business days from the date you are informed of your coop's completion. You should also expect a call from the trucking company to set up a timeframe for your delivery so you can plan accordingly. Flatbed truck drivers will allow for up to 2 hours for you to remove your coop before additional charges may incur.
