Terms of service

  • Returns, Refunds & Cancellations – Refunds and cancellations will not be honored after 48 hours from the date your coop was purchased. Due to the custom nature of our coops, Cutest Coops are not returnable.
  • Delivery – Delivery time for most coops is estimated at 4-8 weeks after purchase to the date of shipment. Charming Coops are generally shipped within 2 business days. Delivery dates may vary due to component availability, unforeseen weather events, or holidays. Cutest Coops does not assume any responsibility for changes to delivery made by the shipping company, including unforeseen delays. Coop delivery times are also subject to final selections, approvals and payments. An estimated delivery date will be sent via e-mail following purchase.
  • Shipping Procedures – To accept delivery of your coop, please familiarize yourself with our shipping procedures. Delivery of your coop may require you to provide offloading assistance as outlined.
  • Warranties – All Cutest Coops coops and runs are backed by a 1-year (12 month) limited warranty covering material defects and workmanship. The warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance, failure to follow site preparation instructions, failure to follow assembly instructions or defects caused during assembly. Installation by a professional contractor is recommended. Proper maintenance, including painting any pre-primed, unpainted coops upon assembly with an exterior-quality 100% acrylic latex paint is required to validate the warranty. Additional manufacturer warranties apply to our roofing (metal and shingle roofs carry 40 year manufacturer defect warranties) and trim and siding components (50 year manufacturer defect warranty) included with your Cutest Coop.
  • Design Updates – Cutest Coops reserves the right to make minor changes to coop designs based on, but not limited to, raw material availability and shipping efficiencies. Coops delivered may appear slightly different than pictured on our website as a result.
  • Recommendations – Cutest Coops, LLC. recommends carrying additional insurance for Coops in the event of circumstances that may result in damage, such as, but not limited to, natural catastrophic events, subsequent moving of the coop, etc.
  • Changes to Terms of Sale – Occasionally, we may make changes to these Terms of Sale. If we make changes, we will post them on our website so that our customers are up to date on any such changes.
